No pressure. Extremely efficient. Hans met us at the door and we mostly talked about rock climbing and dirt bikes. He worked his magic to get me a good lease deal and a couple hours later I drove home the exact car I wanted, after a thorough walk through of the vehicle. Everyone was nice and quick and easy to deal with.nnAs a follow-up, I had my first service on the car. It was significantly cheaper than I thought it would be and they washed the vehicle. I was in and out in a half hour. Everyone was polite and the process was very efficient.
My husband Adam and I had a wonderful experience leasing 2 cars from Karl Smith this past weekend. Buying or leasing a vehicle can make for a truly long day but we enjoyed every bit of our day at Hugh White. The process was simple and explained in great detail to us. All of the staff was great and friendly. My first ever Honda! We will definitely be going back when it’s time for an upgrade!

My experience from start to finish was professional and courteous. Ziggy was on top of every part of the process and was very nice and respectful. He did not pressure you into any decision, he just provided all of the details and information in a timely manner. If you go to this location, you need to ask for Ziggy, you will not be disappointed.
On 8/15/2020 i worked with Dave Cuomo. He was great and found me exactly what I was looking for. Tyler was able to get the car in the price range i needed and Lance made the financing part super easy. This is my 3rd car through them and i will continue to go there and recommend them!
