This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our circumstances are not ideal due to we are in a Chapter 13 BUT they got me in a beautiful newer SUV with low mileage. Our Purchasing Coordinator was so amazing. Jason was very professional and always kept me informed. No hassle of going to a car lot and sitting for hours. Every staff member I talked to were so friendly and professional. Our delivery driver Kevin was also wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about NABS. I want to thank Jason, Kevin and Shavon for a great, painless buying experience.

As A 100% Disabled Veteran with the many things that brought me to this stature I do not trust most people and there is no way to do so but..., David Hicks with NABS made it happen. AMAZING~!!! He was there when I needed him which was a lot. He found the best way for me to get what I needed above what I sort of wanted, sort of needed. He did lie to me which has really been a problem. THE MAN WAS THERE FOR ME~!!! I have already told him that in a year and a half I want to upgrade to a Nissan Murano Platinum. At that time I am sure that he will make the deal happen, put me in a better place with the deal and my life and make me happy yet again. From the time I contacted this business, my experience was AWESOME!! Tina Moore was my contact person!! She held my hand in cyber space all the way through the process!! Not once did I feel pressure. Tina took my wants and found my dream car. She was such a BLESSING to work with. Also Victoria, who drove my car all the way from Ohio to Alabama..(the Gulf I might add!!) was so professional and sweet!! Overall the experience deserves a MILLION!!
