My elderly father came in your shop to have a 2017 Dodge part replaced. We knew the problem and even gave the diagnostic paper to the mechanic and explained what he needed done. After an hour and a $180 fee they came back and said we know what it is. We already knew what it was and told the mechanic what it was. Then, the mechanic quoted $500 for a $50 part. Which thankfully he did not get them to do. Disappointed and disgusted that your mechanic did this to an elderly man. Unbelievable and so sad!!!

I bought new keys from Amazon and needed to get them programmed. I called the location and they told me to just come in. I arrived 15 minutes later. I was then told that they were going to lunch in 30 minutes and couldn't do it. He also then tried to tell me a story about how they won't program keys they didn't sell because 95% of the time they don't work. That simply isn't true as I have called 2 other Chrysler dealership locations who told me I could bring them there.

We have purchased two trucks here and have been very happy up until recently. When purchasing the most recent truck a year ago, part of the agreement of the sale was to get a factory trailer brake controller installed, since that was the reason for the upgrade from the previous truck. They said it was on backorder so we would be called when it came in. We had a trip with the camper already planned and they said It should be in by then but the sales manager at the time said they would install an aftermarket controller just so we could make the trip, then would switch it out when the factory part came in. We have inquired about it every time we have been in for service on the truck and told every time that they haven’t gotten the part and will call. Since then, that sales manager no longer works there so now I am being told that I will not be getting the part. The current sales manager argued with me about the previous deal made, but at the end of the conversation promised he would look into it and I would receive a call within 24 hours. It had now been weeks and I have yet to receive a call and A YEAR since I was told I would be getting the part. Very disappointed and after my last oil change of the package I purchased I will be discontinuing my service with this location (to no fault of the service department, they’ve been great) and will not be returning for any future vehicle purchases.nnI can’t respond to owners response, but I was in the office for service when I spoke face to face with a gentleman named Bryan who said he was the sales manager and would look into it. He is the one who said I will look into it and contact you. I’m not really sure what me calling is going to help since I’ve already made contact with them for a year and have gotten no response. You should not expect customers to have to continue following up because the staff and management cannot do so. The promise was made on your end so I feel as though I have done my part in contacting them to continue being blown off over and over again. Feel free to contact me, my information should be in your system under Ryan Leinberger. Would be great if someone could contact me but not if it is to continue to argue with me on what the initial agreement was. Very offended that I’m continuously told “that never would have been said.” I’m losing an agreement because no one from your company followed up. I do not feel like after a year that I should have to be the one constantly following up. Definitely not good customer service that we’ve always experienced in the past.

I worked with Seth and his team. Everyone was super helpful with helping me find the perfect Jeep for me! I highly recommend working with them! Seth did an amazing job explaining everything and showing me everything I needed to know about my new jeep! Thank you so much!
