I was very impressed at the level of professionalism, customer service, and knowledge provided by Clay at Chevy. He answered every question about the vehicle from “what does this button do” to “what is this under the hood” with confidence and expertise. He was very patient and kind and provided amazing customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped with financing but he was also very nice and even came to chat with us after the deal was done. It felt very personal and not like just another number or transaction that was over and done. Great job guys!!

We were looking for directions to trade in our car, the “salesfloor manager” said not to worry about it and tried to sell us a new car instead. When we insisted on trading in, he took our key and started working with another customer. He then came back and when we asked for our key, he asked why we didn’t want to buy and we told him it was due to his lack of service and understanding. He was then upset that we left.
Overall great experience! Left with what I came in for! Micheal Spradlin couldn’t have helped out more than he did. Great salesman!
