I drove 2 hours to shop here for a vehicle. I wasn’t not disappointed at all. They had a big selection. Princeton was our sales representative and he was amazing. He was very efficient and actually helped me get what I wanted. Finance was great, very quick approval and had us in and out quick. Got an excellent vehicle at an excellent price. Very happy with our purchase and will definitely do business there again!
Here’s some positive news.... Kimberly was fantastic and the finance guy (Tim) we dealt with at the end was refreshing. Kimberly especially works very hard. We will be buying another car within a year. We’ll consider Jeff Wyler but only if they have a car we can’t resist there.nnWe just honestly didn't feel like they were hungry to sell us a car. We never felt like a priority . We bought a car from Jeff Wyler Florence in the past year and didn’t feel the customer was put first either there. The Manager at this store was extremely rude when we tried to negotiate price. There was a paperwork delay from the time we put down our deposit and the final purchase. We continuously had to be the ones reaching out for an update. We had to fill out the paperwork twice because no one could locate our original paperwork. The final visit to the store that should have been fairly quick lasted 4 hours. The sales person we were dealing with felt bad about that and was doing the best she could to move things along quickly. Bottom line is the they need to improve and streamline their process to make sure the customer feels covered .

My husband and I were in Monday and David Lang was our salesman! David was knowledgeable, helpful, and super outgoing! He made our car buying experience very enjoyable. Overall: awesome experience!! Everyone was kind and helpful. Tim was wonderful! He took great care of us. We even told him it was the easiest, most painless car purchase we’ve ever made. We were offered drinks from several employees while we waited on our vehicle to be detailed. We were even offered to sit on a comfy couch for a more enjoyable experience. I’d definitely come back!
