New Balance Factory Store Lake George

I found two pairs of New Balance walking shoes. Nancy waited on me. She is in training but you would have thought she'd been there for years. Great Customer service!

I very been using new balance shoes for over 30 years so I'm quite pleased that they opened store within driving range.nStaff helpful and prices are great.

They had a decent variety of shoes, at everyday prices, nothing spectacular. The staff stood in a group talking until someone went up to ask for help. It was nice being left alone until asking for help.
