It's hard to pin down how many stars. The sales staff were friendly and professional. But the car I looked at had so very many problems, and some of them were weird. The car had definitely been used hard. The sales staff offered to fix any problems I found. When I asked to take it to a mechanic, they said to tell them when, and they would tow it to the guy they recommend. I always prefer to drive it to a mechanic of my own choice. And the issues I found with the car indicated to me that even if they fixed what I found, there would likely be other issues that pop up.
Fantastic experience with 613 Auto! I am a repeat customer and recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from them. They went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for with low miles in my price range. I could not be happier with my vehicle or my experience at 613. Highly recommend! I bought a car 3 months ago and then 2 weeks later came back and said I needed a bigger car. Dealing with Chris the general manager has been such a pleasure. He made the process so easy and simple for me. And within a month had me in a new car!
