One of my favorite place on the north shore of Long Island. Be careful of all the mountain bikes as they come flying out of nowhere- it’s very annoying and should be regulated. Great birdwatching!
Many trails, hiking easily extended by also crossing into adjacent parks, beautiful views , nice hills for decent workout. Well marked and maintained trail.
Great hike in the snow covered woods with our dog! Not crowded, plenty of trails.
Beautiful park, great for exercise, however there is dog poop everywhere. Even left in the bag. I dont get why pick it up if you are going to leave it.
