Domino's Pizza

Decent pizza if you are in a rush. I prefer local family run pizzerias but if your desire is to order a pizza using a mobile app then Domino's is the way to go..

The delivery service is slow & half the time I get a cold pizza. The store has given me a free pizza prior to just do the same thing the next order. The pizza is fantastic.

I ordered at 5:40 pm, called the store at 6:40pm was told its on its way. I called again 15 minutes later no answer, kept trying to call manager picked up phone and said hold and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called again and again and again and then some else picked up and said pizza is about 30 minutes away! I asked to speak to the manager who came on and said she cant do anything we just have to wait. I asked for a refund, she said it would take 48hours. Absolutely unacceptable, horrible customer service, don't know how to answer the phone, unaware of what customer service is about. Instead of apologizing for the delay they kept saying just wait its coming. I paid everything through the app even tip. I have never had an issue with other stores, this was the first time ordering from this store and will be the last. If I could I would give no stars.

Best dominoes out there great food great service all the time. 5 stars for me

I only ordered one pie and it took 2 HOURS to get here! horrible Service, never again
