I started going to this studio 13 years ago and I have returned whenever I have been on Long Island. Susan, co-owner of the studio, is a wonderfully warm and impressively energetic fitness instructor. She is very genuine and upbeat, always ready with a smile, and makes all of her classes lots of fun. Jeff, co-owner of the studio, is an Iyengar teacher extraordinaire.. He is great about providing modifications for students of all abilities, and brings a great authenticity and sense of humor to his classes. If you have the chance definitely take a class here!
