Inner Spirit Yoga Center is an absolutely amazing studio. From the wonderful space inside to the incredible staff that is always so welcoming and helpful. I look forward to my time on the mat each day because of the one of a kind teachers and warm environment here. The vinyasa classes are challenging and keep me working hard and improving my practice each day. Grateful to have found this studio.
Roni and her staff are very dedicated to the center and it clearly shows.They are always happy to see you and are very personable.nnThe quality of the yoga instruction is better than any studio Ive ever been to. I have been practicing yoga at Inner Spirit for many years now and I couldn't see going anywhere else.
Inner Spirit Yoga Center has an amazing vibe. The atmosphere is non judgemental and I feel free to be myself. All of the teachers are amazing, especially Roni. She provides really great insight.
