This was my first aerial yoga studio, which completely changed my life. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and very quick to reply to any inquiries set forth responding with a kind professional manner that really makes you feel like this studio is home. I absolutely reccomend this studio!
Truly a paradise. The energy is well and flows !
After taking a break from yoga for far too long after an injury, and never feeling like any studio felt like home, I have found my place at Sound Body and Mind. This is real deal yoga, that utilizes props as it should, and the classes are wonderfully paced. Most important to me is the availability of 60 minute classes, cleanliness, friendliness, the big bright windows and setting, and highly experienced teachers. Slow Flow and Gentle Yoga classes have helped me manage pain while rebuilding strength and I am so grateful!! Best studio in the area!
I tried aerial yoga for the first time at this beautiful, peaceful place. The instructor was so supportive and helpful, putting my hesitation and fears to rest. I will definitely return!
This place is amazing! I couldn't believe Adam remembered my name after meeting me once. I have lived down the road from SB&M for 6 years, I wish I joined sooner. So clean and always smells like lemongrass. Worth it 100%, best yoga studio in Huntington.
