The machines are all very new and the place is very clean! Everyone at the gym does their part by wearing their mask and sanitizing frequently. The locker rooms, for the most part, are spacious and clean (despite one woman who leaves powder everywhere). The staff is also very friendly and welcomes you every time you come in/leave. I would have gave it 5 stars but the place unfortunately does get very crowded and we have to wait in the cold.
Claim they are closed for cleaning between the hours of 1:00-2:00AM.Why isn't this posted on thier website?.nSo I've been sitting outside the bldg now for over 20 minutes. I haven't seen any cleaning going on what so ever. A matter of fact I haven't seen anything or anyone. Maybe it's time to cancel my membership. Maybe the public should do the same .
Would give 5 stars but the water buckets from roof is issue. Staff is super friendly and they are on top of cleanimg.equiptment and facility
It appears they don't want me to cancel my membership because I've tried to cancel it 3 times and without fail, every single time, they automatically re-enroll me and start taking payments again a few months later. I only find out because of bank statements. They are unprofessional, unorganized and disrespectful. They don't even have the decency to return my calls. I absolutely hate having to give a review like this to a local business, but they honestly leave me with no choice.
Whoever opens the place on sundays doesn’t even get here until after a crowd of at least 20 people forms in the parking lot. The gym is never open by 7 AM and whoever opens it is at least 10-15 minutes late every Sunday for the last few months
