The staff at Awaken Yoga welcomed me with warmth and patience. Since I am a new student they did not judge my lack of yoga ability (post surgery) and worked with me in meditation and yoga. The studio is charming and clean. Instructors are well trained and approachable. Good vibes here and highly recommend!

Lovely people, inviting environment, classes for all ranges of practice.
Not just a yoga studio but a spiritual home. An entire range of classes are available--from challenging classes with arm balances and inversions to restorative classes and so many meditation options. The students and staff have created a true community so classes are warm and welcoming. What a find in a small Long Island town!
