I searched my area for the truck I wanted with no success. No one would do a dealer trade. So after making my deal over the phone I drove 4 hours to Robert Green Chevrolet to pick up the truck I wanted. The deal was great and personnel were very nice and helpful.

I took the car is for regular maintenance (oil change, fuel filter), to check the front brakes/rotors and to repair a whining noise coming from my engine bay.nnThey performed the service no problem, when came down to actually doing some real mechanics work nothing was done.nnI asked them to check the rotors because there was some vibration in the steering wheel, they check the pads and say I'm fine.nnI asked to fix the idler pulley that was whining under the hood, they told me they couldn't find the problem.nnI take my car to a local shop and they told me the rotors are slightly warped and the noise is coming form the serpentine belt idler pulleys. So I had the work performed there instead.nnI typically do all the work on my vehicles myself, but since I run my own business I don't have much free time and tried to use the dealership on what I knew was a simple repair.nnI will not be bringing any of my vehicles to Robert Green for service ever again.

Gary was very helpful and was wonderful to work with. He made buying a car a great experience and taught me everything I needed to know about my new car.

I started with Lou the sales manager who was recommended to me and than worked with Gary. They were both helpful, understanding and very patient. I would highly recommend working with them both actually I already have
