Cannot say enough good things about Robert Green ( Siobhan, Todd and Kevin ) 4th vehicle purchased from them in 4 years. They make the process stress free. If you are looking for a dealership that treats you like a customer and not a number, if you are looking for a dealership that doesn't play the numbers game that other dealers do, if you are looking for a dealership that cares about you, then you need to go there!!!! They also offer Chevy, pre owned and a Truck Center.
Ordered a bed liner for my new lease. I was told it would take 2 weeks. At 1 month I was told the bed liner was not there yet. At 2.5 months I was told the bed liner was there but the tools needed to install the bed liner were not there. At 3.5 months I was told the bed liner is not there and they don’t have a ETA. And at 5 months when I requested the money back (because it was built into the monthly payments) I was told I’d be punished when I return the lease because there is no bed liner. And even after that, I still have not received money back. What a bunch of crooks and liars in this place. I see why all of my friends advised me to go elsewhere.
Had oil changed and tires rotated. They always are very professional and attentive.
One of the best dealers I’ve ever had a pleasure doing business with Richard was awesome great service made the whole experience very easy I recommend them to everybody
