Is the pandemic still happening? I wouldn’t know because I’m still on line at the pharmacy. I mean wow, this group of misfits never find a way to make things easy. Literally drive to another state if you need prescription medication. It’ll be faster.

I have to pick up my prescriptions at this Pharmacy due to my medical insurance. The pharmacist and the people that work there are super rude. They ignore you and when I patiently wait 15-20 mins before they Actually acknowledge me at the counter... than they always have the attitude as if I’m an annoyance to them. They lack severe customer service skills

My husband and I went through the drive thru on January 11th for our Covid tests. My results cam back on Thursday January 14th, but we have not received my husbands result yet and it is January 17th. All that shows up on his CVS chart are the results of his December 3rd Covid test. What is going on. He needs his results for a surgical procedure. How long does he have to wait.

I just had a horrible experience here. I went into shop on my lunch hour when I went up to pay the manager wanted me to use the self check out. I shop here enough to know that the self check outs dont always work and I have seen an employee only wipe them down once this makes me not inclined to use the self check out. When I state I wasn't using the self check out the manager was visibly annoyed and wanted to know why. She then stated that cvs corporate wants customers to use the self check out so that the cashier can help two customers ar once. Really in the middle of a pandemic cvs wants the cashier to have to interact with multiple customers at close range. I'm seriously considering canceling my cvs carepass membership and shopping at a different drug store chain altogether. It should have been simple i a customer wanted to go to a cashier not self check out....
