WARNING! The MANAGER ON DUTY was NOT wearing a mask!!! When prompted by me to “please put on a mask.”; he waved me off and said, “yeah” and walked away.nnCVS should be ashamed of such a poor leader and poor example of customer care during a PANDEMIC!
The store is always really clean and always really stocked. I’ve never really had a bad experience here and I’ve always been able to ask employees for help when I needed finding something.
THIS PHARMACY IS THE BEST!nn“Amelia” (I hope that’s her name lol) was so amazingly helpful!nnI found out that the 2 Jericho Turnpike location has had me as a Pharmacy customer for almost 6 months and NEVER updated my address!!!nnI am so happy to be at Depot Road now and am not looking back!nnAt 2 Jericho I came across two incredibly rude workers who out loud, right behind the register, would complain about “not wanting to do it (they’re job)” AS they are checking you out!nnAt Depot Road I felt like it was a total 180!nnNot only did she say they had my medication but it was ready within 20 minutes!!!!!! And she even made the call to 2 Jericho to transfer it!nnGo here at all costs for your medicine! Amazing!
The Indian lady that works in the pharmacy that looks around her 30s wouldn’t allow me to get my mothers prescriptions meanwhile she’s handicapped and she can’t walk and stand for too long I never had this problem with anyone else in the pharmacy. The lady gave me a look and told me they weren’t there when my mom was waiting for her medication get her fired next time I’m going to open my mouth .
Always a great deal here at CVS especially when you luck up an the buy one get the second one half price or free. You always get a great deal at CVS but make sure you have your card.
