Serious decline with new ownership. Staff cut, products condensed, store completely rearranged, place is never clean, and things are strewn about. Used to be the best 7-Eleven in the area; it is now one of the worst.
Doesn't enforce mask regulations even when a complaint is made.....putting all patrons at risk.
The change over from fresh made coffee in canisters to the automated brewing coffee machines is an absolute blunder. The coffee from these direct automated brewing machines tastes disgusting. Always loved 7 eleven coffee, but not anymore, someone in corporate needs to have their head examined for putting out this recent change either that or they own Starbucks stock.
Easy to see right off of Pulaski Road servicing East Northport and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking. Moderately clean facilities. Weekly food and drink specials. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Staff is ok. We will most likely be going back.
Place used to be the cleanest, nicest 7-11 in the area. Once it was sold, the new owners cut staff. Now it's a sloppy dump. I won't walk in there. It's dirty (i.e., floors, soda dispensers, coffee prep space). They don't honor posted discounts.
