Went there on my way home from the hospital. First they rejected my insurance card saying it expired. They wouldn't call to find out why it was being rejected. I found out the next day from the insurer that it was not expired and they should have accepted it. Next when I got home I found they didn't include 2 medications called for in the prescription. When I called the pharmacy they said they weren't covered so they left them off. They never alerted me that they were left off nor did they put it on the package like they were supposed to. They said I could drive back and get them off the shelf. Really-I just got out of the hospital and I am supposed to drive back and get them? No apology or offer to make it right. I then called back and asked for the manager. I got some guy John who called himself a supervisor. I explained my dealings with the pharmacy. After being put on hold he came back and basically said there was nothing they could do. I mentioned that it was a good thing the missing medications weren't life threatening. He proceeded to laugh as if missing meds from a prescription was a laughing matter. I would never use CVS again.

Fast service and friendly employees. If you have the time, it is worth skipping the Larkfield location to come to this one.

There is one woman who works here who is AMAZING! She is so kind, hardworking, and sweet. This CVS is great as it is, but this woman makes it my experience 10x better. I wish I caught her name, as I don’t come in that often, but I hope she knows how wonderful she is.
