An absolute pleasure!!! Extremely trustworthy, I could have been up-sold for much more but wasn’t. The atmosphere in the store is delightful and they make you feel like you’re the most important person in the world. I had a ton of questions and every single one was answered honestly and professionally. I couldn’t be more happy with my new suit, I look like a million bucks and it’s all because of Thomas Mitchell Clothiers.

I was given a beautiful tailored fall leather jacket by my then girlfriend as a gift. It fit perfectly with the exception that the sleeves were too long. I had never been in to the shop but always admired it and it’s traditional London Saville Row look that I had recalled from my days attending a school semester in London. They treated me as if I was a long time client and made the appropriate alterations within a week. Alas I switched careers from Manhattan business to healthcare shortly after my experience with these fine gentlemen, otherwise I’d have them making all my suits and shirts! This kind of attention to product detail, craftsmanship and service is rare to find these days.

Patience and superior customer service are the best two words to describe these gentlemen.nWas here today to rent a tux for my upcoming wedding. I had major issues finding what I wanted at 4 other stores. This place sat down with me and my father to get exactly what we were looking for. I couldn't be more excited for the way we are going to look on my wedding day.
