I cannot believe I walked in and drove out. They are amazing. My credit wasn’t the best but they worked their options and really helped me get the car I wanted. I’m truly great full.

Originally, my one-star review was quite sincere, however expressed equally sincere dissatisfaction & frustration in regards to mechanical problems that surfaced soon after purchase. This was among other exchanges and interactions that were of massive inconvenience.nnHowever, one can certainly attest that the owner of the lot, Will, has been extraordinarily well-spoken, as well as honest within his efforts to rectify the situation thus far. I’m fairly thankful for that, as I had begun to reach my wits end in general over the situation.nnSo anyway, despite this, I understand things occur. At this point, it’s looking as if things and the outcome are hopefully moving in a positive and complete direction.nn**Updated remarks, 2 weeks after initial review.**nnChanged to 5 stars. Despite it likely being a bizarre situation for both myself, and Huntington auto mall, both the owner and subsequently all who worked there completely resolved the issues I was having.nnI’m quite happy now, actually more so overjoyed that I was able to acquire a different vehicle that didn’t suffer any issues. In the end, in comparison to other used car lots or even dealerships, I’d say the the whole thing was handled with a bit more than simply “due diligence”.nnAnyway, I’m very very happy now with my 2017 Maxima. After all of the issues in the beginning with another vehicle, and how they were handled, I can say at this point with certainty that I’d recommend these guys to anyone. They keep their word, as they did towards me no matter the size of the issue.nn*****Updated once more over 6 months after purchase*****nnCar is still mechanically immaculate. I’ve put around 7 thousand miles on it since purchasing, had its first oil change etc etc. Runs like a top - I care for it quite well as well.nnThey sell sound vehicles. Do your homework on what make and model works best and retains reliability. From there, given my overall experience with the maxima, Huntington Auto Mall will do you well. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Not a big believer in small car dealerships but this one definitely changed my point of view. Kaitlyn was great from the moment we spoke on the phone. I was skeptical about some details i was given on a deposit to have the car ready but was proven wrong. Would definitely go back to do business. Thank you

Let me start off by saying you will walk out of here happy and with a car no doubt about it! Jessica? She’s great! She knows what she is doing and will get you the BEST deals! Everyone in there was very welcoming and I would recommend this company 100%. Thank you guys for making it a memorable experience! By the way LOVE my new car!!
