Would give 4 or 5 stars if not for a fumbled spare key.nThe dealership has a nice selection of models and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I was able to negotiate the price to something I was comfortable with. Delivery and demonstration were satisfactory. Initially, I did not receive a spare key, but I was promised one by my sales rep, Derek. For a month I had been trying to get in touch with him to ask about the key. A few times I was able to talk to him directly I was told one excuse or the other. Frankly, I was offended by lazy explanations, like voice mail being broken or delays caused by shipping of the keys from Germany. I gave up to avoid further aggravation. If you can find you car elsewhere, avoid this place.

Five stars all around for Melvin and Eli that took care of my vehicle AND me. Though it was the new protocol instituted under the current crisis situation, the cleanliness procedure of my vehicle gave me a full piece of mind that my safety is a priority. My safety is part of the whole picture that, in turn, contributes to the safety of everyone including the staff. Thank you!

From what I'm reading from customers, that entire service shop should close and cause everyone there to get Laid off !! Then when they have to look for another job, they will be more humble !!!!

Volkswagen of huntington don’t please don’t ever go there especially the service department . Very very unprofessional very rude nasty service manager working there. DOES NOT RESPECT YOU AT ALL. Doesn’t even let you speak and try to understand your problem . If you ever question him you may being kicked out of there .nTHINK TWICE BEFORE YOU THERE actually dont even think about it go somewhere elsennThe service department at,nHuntington VWnare nothing but anbunch of dishonest .....nThey deserve a zero rating
