Nissan of Huntington

Tried to give this dealership 3 chances and they blundered each time. Called about 3 cars listed on the website, was told all three are on the lot. Arrive there and the cars are no where to be found. Sales rep says they are pulling them around, 40 minutes later we are waking around the lot still looking for them. I was asked to come back in 20 minutes cause they are coming from a different lot. Come back and not only are the cars not there the sales person left early.nnAttempt two: go there call in advance, make an appointment to see two cars that I am told are there and priced to sell. Get there again cars are no where to be found. Jesse helps me this time, can’t find the car because they don’t have it yet. Like it’s not in Huntington, and they don’t know when it will be there. Shows me another two cars on the lot that I am told are 4,000 more than what they are listed as on the website. Told him my budget and he says, we can’t meet that with any of the 200 cars we have on the lot that have less than 70,000 miles on it. Mean while have a number of cars listed in my budget on their website. I also want to be clear that my budget was by no means like remarkably small or abnormal for what I was looking for. At the end he shows me a 2015 which has a price tag hanging in the window that says 2018. Frustrated, I leave and say thanks.nnAttempt three: manager Romero calls me asking me how my visit was and I share the info above. Apologizes and asks me tonShare my budget again cause he is sure they have stuff and that I should just come back. Living 30 miles away i say i wanna see a picture of the cars he has before. I ask him to send me them he then shows me 4 cars that are 100-200$ more than I just said I was able. I reiterate my budget and he says he will call me back. Nothing for 2.5 weeksnnThis week a different manager calls me and let’s me know they have just the car that I am looking forud83dude02. I ask him what car and he says come in and we can show you.nnTo say run from this place would be an understatement!

I just want to start this off by saying that I HATE SHOPPING FOR CARS. I recently saw an ad about a used Honda CR-V. I figured it was one of those bait and switch schemes that happens all too often, since it was about $1,000 lower than anywhere else I could see online. I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicle was there. With all of the recent snow I had to wait for them to dig it out of their used car lot. Their salesman, Cesar, who is a good guy, made the whole transaction very easy. We went over the numbers, couldn't be any happier with the whole experience.

My salesman (Jesse S) was so easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable, and he was incredibly personable. Despite my insurance company keeping me on hold for over an hour (their fault, not his) I didn’t mind the wait too much because Jesse was so communicative and kind throughout the whole process.

Carlos was an excellent sales rep... I would highly recommend him to anyone..great service very attentive.. Helped me through returning my old lease, from a different company, and into the car I wanted . I highly recommend Nissan of Huntington to friends and family!
