Had a great experience here! The Edwin in sales made my wife and I feel comfortable and helped us get into the truck she wanted. Larry in finance was upfront and personable. They both worked with us to get the best deal possible. I wish more car dealerships had folks like these! Highly recommended!!

I have been a customer of Toyota of Huntington for over 10 years and wanted to post about the best service and salespeople that work there. Kristin and Gracie just sold me my latest Highlander and went above and beyond my expectations! I can’t state the level of customer service they provide. Stellar! They both made my car buying experience the best yet. They take care of everything and make the process seamless and so convenient. I never write reviews but wanted to make people aware that if you need to get a car, go see them. You won’t be sorry. The nicest and most professional service experience in my over 30 years of car buying experience!!

Absolutely AMAZING! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. My sales person Caesar was EXCELLENT! And the GM Keith went above and beyond for me to put me in the car I wanted. Extremely clean & everyone was wearing masks the entire time, no test driving with the sales person just you and the person you came with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!! THANK YOU!!!

Had such a great experience at Empire Toyota. Needed a new truck. I was referred here by a friend who was happy with the service. Saw a gorgeous army green Tundra. Dealt with Caesar and Larry. You always walk into a car dealership wondering if you are going to be taken advantage of. Sold something you don’t need for more than you should or want to pay for it. Not here ! Not with Caesar or Larry. The time, care and effort these guys put in! Making sure I was happy with the truck, my payments and my commitment I was about to make. I can’t say enough about the staff and customer experience and Empire Toyota. I know for any future car needs for myself &/or referrals for friends and family, Empire Toyota is the place!

Keith Drago was professional, informative and honest during every step of the process. Justin Khan also provided quality assistance and was extremely informative and helpful during the purchase. The finance department was also helpful in securing the best possible financing. The staff worked well together while understanding our needs and concerns.
