Habberstad MINI is an absolute delight to work with. My wife and I leased our second MINI from this dealer a few years ago and we didn't hesitate to call Philip Parlato again when our lease was up. We probably drove past at least half a dozen other dealers on our way here, but Philip and his team (Sabrina and Gene) are worth it. Philip is the real deal. There is no pressure whatsoever. He is professional, genuine, courteous, operates with integrity, and is so friendly!nnPhilip helped us order a brand new 2022 MINI and put my mind at ease by ensuring me the price we agreed to would be honored even if lease numbers didn't change in my favor by the time we took delivery. And guess what? The numbers did change, and Philip—without question—reduced the price of the car accordingly. I have leased cars from many dealers and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. It is worth the drive. The hardest part was waiting for the car to come across the pond!nnPhilip and team, thank you again for making this process enjoyable, painless, and fun for me and Arielle. We will be back in 3 years, I'm sure, for MINI #4.

Wendi in the service department is the kindest, most down to earth person I've met in a long time. She gave me all the information, and great suggestions for the maintenance of my mini. I'm editing this like a year later. Wendi should not only get a raise, but she should move up into corporate to train others! At the very least, give her a company car!nnAmanda is also wonderful and helped me buy out my lease. It couldn't have been easier. I'm super happy with this dealership, simply the best I've ever been to!

Always very attentive and professional experience. I have full confidence in Habberstad Mini and know for sure that I am getting the best. From my first Mini six years ago to my recent one, Phillip has always followed up and been available for any assistance I may need. I am grateful to all the professional staff for their efficiency and courtesy. This is a reliable team; I can count on them.

From the moment we walked in we were treated great. Tom Rodriguez was a pleasure to deal with. I was coming out of a Mini 2018 lease from another dealer. I was not able to get a good package from them and almost switched to another brand. Tom put together a deal for us that we felt was more than fair. So I signed on the spot. A week later we came back to pick up the car and Gene walked us through all the features. He was terrific as well. The service has really been stellar at Habberstad! Thanks everyone!

I came on a Sunday to test drive a mini convertible from Ct. Tom and Team very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. They made the tradition as smooth as possible. For me to take my mini convertible home to CT. Thank you so very much for all your hard work in such a short time.nStay safe.
