All Island Tax Grievance

Attempted to charge me for services after no reduction in taxes, despite their claims that you only pay if they win....in the middle of the covid pandemic. Absolutely disgusted by this business practice.

I used AITG when I bought my home in early 2018, when my reduction was denied they resubmitted the following year and never let me know the results. Now another tax year has gone by and I've missed the deadline bc of the lack of professionalism of this company. Unacceptable. No email, no call, no letter in the mail. Unfair to me.

I never received any call or mail and when I finally approached them they tell me they have charged me 75% fine - I spoke with Cori and she has a very weird excuse - oh it’s all automated we charged you fines and cashed your checks - I am like why am I being penalized for something I never got in mail or call from you guys. Her tone and attitude clearly shows she has no face but all she has to say oh it’s all automated ud83dude02 this is a horrible service and looks like these guys are scam artist.nnIf they really care about having customer for life they would act talk and react more responsibly. But for sure they lost one customer for life.

I tried grieving my own taxes, did all of my homework and still ended up having trouble getting it done. Last year I signed up to have All Island grieve for us - nothing for me to do and grievance went through with a nice reduction. Wish I did that the first try - I'd be ahead by a few thousand dollars by now!
