Heron Hill Winery

Very beautiful building inside and out. The wines we had were excellent, and they were not shy with their pours(which is great in my book). The view from the tasting room was really great and the staff was very friendly.

Not recommend this place. Too crowded. Additional charge applied when you buy a bottle to drink outside which is very rare. Other wineries do not charge for outside drinking.

We visited the Canandaigua location and the woman who helped us was awesome. She knew so much about wine, NYKitchen and FLCC, all topics we discussed. She was amazing and the wine was delicious. We were a little early to our tasting, but thankfully we had the place to ourselves. Can't wait to go back.
