Little Caesars Pizza

Just went through the drive thru (Sept. 9th, 2020 @ 8 PM) and they are behind on orders which is fine but as I'm sitting there at the window I'm watching the employees eat ingredients, touching their mouths, pulling their masks down to do so and then proceed to handle people's food without washing or sanitizing. Super unsanitary and with COVID, a little unwise. Anyways, the guy at the window seemed to be older than all the highschoolers working the back so I mentioned to him my concerns, I wasn't rude with my tone just told him what I witnessed and he stated, "Nobody cares around here." He gave me a shrug and seeing the look on my face turned around and asked the workers if what I saw was true. The one kid says they are all eating gummy bears which is probably accurate but I know what I saw too and regardless of what they are eating they are still touching their mouths, face masks and not sanitizing. I get it we all drink and snack at work some but at least be smart about it and use proper avenues to do so, not bare hands and lacking of sanitizing methods. I digress. The guy turns back towards me and says, "I asked them and they said they didn't so..." at that point it doesn't matter what I say I'm just an obnoxious customer. He got abrasive with me when I responded that I just thought someone should know then asked me to pull forward and they will get my pepperoni and cheese pizza to me. Fast forward 10 min of waiting and watching multiple people get their orders that ordered after me, I walk into the store and pick up my order that had been sitting at the window already. Had I had more time before work I would have asked for my money back and gone someplace else. I will never go here again, with so many pizza options in the valley I'll gladly give up the convenience of a drive thru for better quality and customer service.

I waited for over 40 minutes for my drive thru order. At the 20 min mark.....I went into the store. I was then told that they would get it in the oven, right away....THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT! And the manager I had talked to at the window was gone. (Shift change or something) All the new manager said was. "I'm sorry" .... there was no offer to fix it....NOTHING! I was LIVID!! I went back out to my car, another 5 minutes goes by. They finally bring it out....but I was missing an order of breadsticks. The kid ran back in to get it. After 3-4 minutes he came out with an extra order of breadsticks to say "sorry for my wait." at that point, from start to finish, it had been 40 minutes! COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!! I was late for an appointment and I had to send one of my kids off to their appointment without dinner. I'll be going to Dominos next time!

Pretty good their employees aren't very friendly and sometimes things don't seem very fresh.

It's little Ceasars. It's exactly as advertised. Is the pizza amazing? "It's HOT and it's READY." Yes, but is it great? "It's HOT, and it's READY."

Good pizza, great prices. One of the better locations for sure
