Domino's Pizza

I don't eat Domino's a lot, but want to do it is from here my closest Domino's. the few times I have ordered I haven't had an issue I think that's appropriate to say up front, but this time was the worst experience I've ever had at any Domino's. Not only did my order show up 2 hours late it was burnt, dry and crunchy. When I called in to ask what was going on I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was probably just busy. but then I heard the manager yell to the rest of his employees in house, "Why has this order been sitting here for so long?". Then within a matter of minutes the order showed up at my door. this indicates to me, as somebody who works in the delivery business, that the order was prepared and ready to go but the employees were not paying attention and the shift lead was not properly managing their employees. Also, while speaking with who was the lead for the night, they offered absolutely no apologies or any incentives to make the situation better. So, I reported the experience on the Domino's app, where I ordered from, and the experience wasn't much better. I was offered either 60 Pizza points (1 free medium pizza with 2 toppings) or 20% off of one order even though I had ordered multiple pizzas including some of their parmesan bites and cinnamon twists (which showed up crunchy and ruined). I hope this is a one time thing, but I may not order again to find out.

I order from this Domino's quite often. And every time I TRY to get the same buffalo chicken sauce on my pizza. But for some reason NO ONE can put it on there. Not ever when I use delivery insurance. And they remake the pizza. I don't understand why this is so hard. I just want a buffalo chicken pizza that's all I want but apparently it's to hard for this particular Domino's. Other than that they are a great Domino's and if it weren't for them failing to give me the pizza I order 5+ time at this point I'd give them 5 stars. Update I did call again an the sent a 2nd replacement pizza. I am upgrading my rating to 3 stars due to them being so willing and unstanding my frustration.

Branson was amazing to deal with. Super fast over the phone and a great attitude! This dude deserves a raise!

Very inconsistent and food safety not taken seriously. They leave the cheese out for 3+ hours, unacceptable behaviors shouldn't be tolerated. Your eating rubbish btw. I wouldn't recommend eating their pizza or any of the "food" they're serving if you truly cared about yourself. Overall you might as well buy a frozen pizza. OVERALL STORE RATING 0/10.

So these guys are usually good, but tonight, 8/26/2020, my wife and I got some wings that were slimy and rotting. We took them back and explained it civilly to the manager who was not thrilled by our complaint. We didn't want a refund or remake, but we were poisoned and made sick and didn't want that to happen to anyone else. I was not impressed by the manager's reaction and attitude to a customer pointing out an issue. Disappointed.
