When the female cook is working the food is not good its not cooked thoroughly and the order is wrong. If you order a oburg wrap it says hamburger onions lettuce cheese pickles and house sauce. When I ordered I got hamburger onions lettuce cabbage and mayonnaise and I had meat that wasn't cooked through it was pink and soggy. When the male cook works the food is delicious and made right and its great. I never have issues with the food or orders only when she is working.

I have no problem with the food from the Ogdensburg Diner it is always good, but I do have a problem when I call at 5:30pm for a delivery order and the waitress that took my order says 45 mins. Not a problem if it had been here in 45 mins. More like 2 hours and that is after I called to make sure they hadn't delivered yet. I understand the restaurant being busy it is Saturday, but shouldn't the delivery customers get the same respect that the in restaurant diners get?
Great service but depending on who's cooking on that day the food is not always cooked all the way
They have my favorite home fries. Never had a bad breakfast here I think the staff is amazing
