Cascade Pizza

First time here and guaranteed we’ll be back! Clean, super clean restaurant, they were cleaning as we sat! Pizza is excellent with a crispy crust and that fired pizza taste! Service was kind and quick! Great experience!

This breaks my heart as I really want local businesses to succeed and rarely write reviews, but this was I’m sad to say an exceptionally bad experience.nnWe got the chicken and artichoke pizza. I simply have nothing good to say about it. Service was fine. Product terrible. The crust was bland in the extreme. Chicken was dry and tasted canned. Sauce tasted like canned Alfredo. One reviewer said the pizza was only marginally better than frozen. I would say it was worst than most frozen pizzas.nnI know this review seems brutal and I feel bad. But as much as I want a local business to do well I can’t help but feel like someone who is only able to deliver this final product has no business opening a restaurant and won’t succeed anyways. I would feel worse for someone else wasting the amount of money I did for this product. Like I said I don’t normally review and would definitely normally give a place a second chance before reviewing. But this pizza was cooked correctly and as ordered. The ingredients and recipe were just so incredibly lacking. I just can’t see ever ordering from this establishment again. Just truly disappointed.

These people are awesome... needed a quick party delivery, Sarah took the time to make it happen - during dinnertime, on a Saturday night! Great customer service.

Twice we have been given awful pizza. We call in for take out. The 1st pizza was burnt, the 2nd was a pinch of all 3 toppings in separate sections not together and they laughed when we picked it up because we didn't order a 4 topping pizza for a lesser price. When we asked why we weren't informed we were told that they don't tell. If you have to drive 100 miles to get a great pizza do it, but I personally will never recommend this establishment. I now know why the parking lot is empty and there is never anyone in there.

We paid about $40 for a medium and a large pizza, which is expected. But we were told 20-30 minutes for dine-in. Around the 45 minute mark our pizzas came out, and tasted like frozen pizza from the grocery store. We really wanted to like it, but it was mediocre at best.nDuring the time we were waiting, many customers came in to pickup orders, and were not noticed or helped for a good while. One customer’s pizza had “just disappeared” according to the staff. It was a very strange restaurant and group of employees.
