tonight was the first time i had gone to my storage unit at night. i was very pleased to see how well lit it was ! the lady in the office is incredibly nice and was very thorough with explaining everything in the application process. i definitely recommend these guys :)

One of the best experiences with a local business I have had in a very long time. Pat is fantastic, the process is exactly as she explains it, and everything goes and works as it should. Will be referring friends and going there again if I have storage needs in the future.

Pat is a wonderful lady to deal with. I had my stuff in two large units for 4 years. The smaller unit was technically only 7 months but all the rest was 4 total years. I moved to Vermont and came back years later with a professional mover to get it all. I was able to get rid of half due to mice. But able to clean up the good furniture. Best suggestion i have for ppl who complain about the mice us to box your stuff in plastic tubs and gorilla tape them!! Dont leave rugs unwrapped and beds should be in boxes and wrapped up too. COVER EVERYTHING WITH TARPS SO THEY STAY CLEAN.nI WAS HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE. THX PAT!!

We at Reliable Storage work hard to inform and prepare our storage customers for uninvited visitors into their storage units. A storage unit is no different than a garage and critters do sometimes get in. What makes the difference between minimal mouse activities often comes down to what the customer stores and how they store it. We do not access customer units and can only go by what they tell us as far as what is in their units.nnOften high mouse activity is a matter of poorly packaged items. Fruity fragrance items (hair care, bath soaps, etc), food stuffs and packing your items in chewable cardboard instead of plastic bins.nnWhile we hate to see unhappy customers, it does happen, although rarely.nnThere is no outside storage facility in the upstate ny area that can promise you a mouse-free storage experience, however if we work together and the customer heeds my advice the problems are usually minimal.
