Old, mean lady at the register wouldn’t let me buy beer because she said I didn’t look old enough. I even gave her my id and told her my birth date. It’s not like she said it didn’t look like me or that my id looked fake. She just thought I didn’t look old enough. I’m 30 btw. Will never be back. If I could give half a star I would
Went in to get a snack and drink. 3 kids working, didn’t acknowledge me at the register. All three are eating ice cream and talking behind the counter without their masks on. Two of them had gloves on and began preparing food after their conversations and snacks without changing them. While waiting 5+ minutes at the register after making eye contacting and waiving at the kids multiple times, someone called to complain about their 2 subs that were made incorrectly. The kids found more amusement in this than trying to remedy the situation. This all took place while I was waiting. Disappointed in the lack of service and hygiene during a pandemic. They clearly had no desire to help me or the customer behind me in line.
Old woman at the register has quite the attitude. If you don’t like your job or dealing with the public just quit. Nobody needs your attitude. Awesome food though.
Some staff are very rude at times I don’t know her name but she’s an older women. Sometimes I’ve ordered food there n have gotten sick.
The dmv and the state of New York has extended all expiration dates on state issued ID cards due to Covid-19 yet they would not accept my ID because it expired.
