Great gym. Lots of equipment, everything you need no matter what kind of training. Awesome staff, pleasant and helpful. Great pandemic protocols in place. Highly recommend.
Gold's gym in Carmel keeps charging my credit card for a monthly dues even though I called them before I moved in July. They said that they would refund my money in January, but keep charging my credit card. I called and was told that they would call me back but nobody does. Poor communication and very unprofessional. I never write bad reviews but I'm mad and frustrated and maybe this review will help them here me.
Golds Gym Carmel, NY is excellent in all ways- awesome instructors, classes, and equipment. Pete and his team create a truly special environment that motivates and makes everyone feel extremely special. It does not get any better than Golds Gym Carmel!
many improvements have been done prior opening , nice clean gym. Very happy to be back.
They wouldn’t give me my money back from April when they were closed. I tried to negotiate without success . Never going back to this gym again. Very very poor customer service
