The whole staff is great from walk in to leaving, I’d like to mention Kim & Quin as very caring and helpful. Avey and Andy are very good Phycial therapist. Don’t forget Annie and Susan at front desk and of course dr Marino & dr Cavelli as best all around treatment I have received.
Nice place, nice staff.
If I could a zero stars I would. Called to make an appointment to see a chiropractor, the receptionist answered the phone said she took walk ins and just as long I was there before 4pm they would take me. I get there and I’m met with a really nasty receptionist who said the other girl was new and didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked to speak with a manager and it gets better he asked me to go in a room where he shuts the door, I try to tell him what happened and maybe someone should have called me back if your office didn’t take walk ins. He said I was lying and then asked if I left a phone number, I told him no and that’s the receptionist job to get my number and what kind of business doesn’t have caller ID.
Clean, nice office, easy to find, good parking. Amazing people. Wide range of services. Very through. Today was my third visit, I'm feeling better already.
I had laser hair removal done with Joanna. She was terrific. She has a great bed side manned, she’s knowledgeable about the procedures and physiology behind them, and extremely friendly. I feel very comfortable and confident to try anything she recommends.
