Ordered and paid for parts months ago. I have the receipt in my hand. They kept telling me the parts were back ordered. Now they say that they were never ordered and they have no record or memory of my order. Wanted me to pay again to reorder. The woman in the parts store was completely mystified where my receipt came from. Won’t give me the parts or a refund.

From the start, dealing with the salesman, Joe, until the very end with the pickup and demo from Corey, just an overall excellent experience. Joe was great and worked very hard to get us the camper we wanted and even met us on site multiple times during the pandemic. Chris got our pickup and demo scheduled promptly and helped my husband get the towing package install scheduled. Upon pickup, our camper was ready to go and very, very clean, thanks to Mary. Josh in service was very pleasant and accommodating too. Lastly, Corey gave us our demo and we couldn’t say enough good things about him. As beginners, he was overly patient and informative and didn’t mind our 100 questions. Then he even helped us in the store get the additional things we needed. The Fulton store takes pride in their sales and I will definitely be voting for Great Outdoors RV on social media. And we will be back when we’re ready to upgrade!

I normally would never post a bad review, but Great Outdoors RV in Fulton has really let us down. We have a hybrid trailer that we originally purchased from them used. Memorial Day weekend, we had a tire blow and do a lot of damage to the wheel well, plumbing, ducts, and interior. We brought the camper to them that week. Insurance is covering most of our repairs. Two months later and the camper has been returned to us twice not repaired properly. The first time they returned the camper, their service folks didn't even bother cleaning up their mess - evidence of the accident was everywhere, in the compartments they worked in and the main camper itself. They returned it weeks later than promised. The water was still leaking, and they'd reversed the hot and cold water in the bathroom. Every single interaction has required us to chase them down repeatedly. Here we are, two months later, still without a fully functional camper - and they've been paid so much money (3/4 of the camper's original value), the vast majority of which was labor - not even parts. They returned it a second time with the water leak still happening. This is unacceptable they can't take enough pride in their work to finish this job properly.
