I was so happy with my experience here. The entire staff is absolutely amazing! The selection exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more thrilled with my beautiful Leopard Slides. Seriously, I've been in mall retail management for 20 years so my standards are high. My visit was on Sunday, 11/29/20 -- Black Friday weekend during COVID -- and this staff is the ultimate! They provided honest feedback and made the experience such fun!! I recommended them to an online GGDB group and I hope they get oodles of business because they are awesome.

I bought a pair of these for my wife for her birthday. I was recommended to this store by her cousin who regularly buys this brand. Everyone saying they shoes are bad material you have to do a little more homework and a lot less complaining... it's their niche. They are also mainly 1 off, hand made so if you're looking for a large selection of the same style go to foot locker. Lastly, if they don't fit right or aren't comfortable don't buy them. Just a thought. Regardless, I made my purchase over the phone and via email working with Richi. Very nice guy to talk to and work with. I had never bought this brand before so he explained everything to me clearly, helped me select the correct size (all sizes are European and no half sizes are available) and got them to me in 2 days! They arrived early this afternoon and I was able to give them to my wife during her birthday dinner. She was ECSTATIC!!! I can't say they will be a regular purchase as they are designer shoes and they are expensive but if I ever do decide to buy them again this is the place I'll go and Richi is the person I'll ask for. BTW regarding cost this outlet is priced considerably lower than retail.

They are very careless with services that they say two customers at time and we waited thirty minutes in the cold .They should time limit if they allowed two people at times.

Very odd business, in my opinion. Sneakers made to look worn. Comfort is secondary. Stock is what you see, little kept in the back. Incredibly over priced.

Very overpriced for the quality.
