Terrible managerial service at this store! I was told the manager will call me on a Monday morning in January regarding my merchandise, which was a lie since I never received that call - the first red flag. The manager did not call me until I found the store email and sent a call request since no one picks up the phone at the store. She then said she would call me later in the week, and it has now been two months and have still not heard from her. I gave my personal information on paper at this store expecting my situation would have been resolved in a few short days - who would feel comfortable knowing their info is in a public place?! Try calling the number to this store when you need to reach anyone - no one ever picks up and there is no voicemail. The single star I am posting is for Tom, the sales associate who helped my find the merchandise I wanted the day I was in the store. Versace customer service is also terrible and has not helped me with my incident with the manager at all. The manager has to be put on display for her poor service skills and for no one letting me know what has happened to my personal information at the store. What an awful experience.

Every time I come to Versace I enjoy myself. I've purchased so many different items from this particular location. The staff here are great. The clothes are outstanding. The store was recently remodeled. Somehow they manage to make it look better than before. If you have any questions, Justin's the one to ask. The worst experience ever, my mom and I were shopping on Monday ( Memorial Day ) the store wasn’t packed at all. We ask to one of the representatives to bring a size for her on a shoes. He told us that they didn’t have any, we told him to bring any size 7 on the heels, he came back from the back and told us again that they weren’t any sizes for her. I find a shoes on the display that fit my mom perfectly after he told us that they didn’t have any size. So my mom ask another associate which was really nice to us to bring the one on the display and she kept those.nnI also was looking for the men shoes and he told me that the smaller size they had was 10, while the one on the display was 8. He started to give us attitude and be really rude, apparently he wanted us to leave and we felt so disappointed, when we were so nice to him. Probably he thought that we weren’t gonna buy anything. However we ended up buying a pair of shoes and clothes even that the girl in the cashier was being mean too, I really don’t know what was all that about. After all we felt like I were buying some fast food in McDonald’s! It was one of my worst experiences ever
