The staff leaves much to be desired here. Associates can generally be found chatting amongst each other. I tried on boots that I loved but the associate disappeared after handing me the shoes to try on. Other associates standing nearby chatting with each other couldn’t help me and when my associate finally returned, I asked a few questions, tried on a different pair and she disappeared again. I ended buying one pair of boots for a friend and decided to think on the pair for myself because I hated the experience I had. I decided to call back to place an order hopefully with someone else but got the same associate. After taking my payment and shipping information down, I haven’t gotten charged even though she has my payment info, so no boots, no update and no answer a week later. Total shame because the brand is amazing, but this is just a terrible shopping experience even for outlet.

Horrible experience shopping there on Christmas Eve. When I entered to ask about a specific purse, the store associates rolled their eyes as the only acknowledgement of my presence while continuing to carry on personal conversations of their own. I wanted to buy a purse instore because the color was unavailable online. There were visible scratches and oil marks on the floor model, so I asked for a different one from the back in the same color. They didn’t even check in the back or on their online inventory, and told me it was unavailable. When I asked if they could discount it since there were visible damages, they said it was impossible, and one associate even stomped off while giving me the side eye. I’m appalled that Chloe management allows this low caliber of service in their retail locations. Never have I been treated such while shopping in luxury item stores. For me, it drags down the entire level of the Chloe brand.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Brittany assisted me with my shoe purchase this Labor Day and she was wonderful! The crowds were crazy but she handled them like a pro!
