My experience was great, yes they asking to help and they actually helping a lot, you can try jacket on and just give it back, store workers fixing it back on the hanger, so I actually enjoyed it! Selection was ok, it was our second time, first time we came it was not many sizes left, so I recommend coming in the morning afternoon, looks like they dont have much in stock, and this brand sells fast. Overall i very satisfied.

While I’d love to say my experience was great that’ll be an overstatement. I now know how Julia Robert’s felt when she had walked into that boutique and was judged. My husband wanted a new coat so we went shopping for a quality coat. We entered moose knuckle in Woodbury and I got overwhelmed by being asked if I needed assistance so many times it made me uncomfortable so we left. It wasn’t until we came back with 12 other shopping bags that they genuinely wanted to help. There is a difference in wanting to help genuinely and wanting to inquire to make sure nothing fishy is happening. Or to just kick out people who are browsing because of thinking the way that they look is as if they can’t afford what they sell. They need to work on their approach and be more personable because that feeling was unsettling.
