I hate to give this place one star since I wasn’t even able to try their food but when I tried placing my order over the phone, the man who took my order wasn’t able to process either one of my cards that I gave him for the life of him. And he was quite rude about it. I realize there was a language barrier but being unnecessarily rude to a paying customer is never ok.
Must put someone on the phone that doesnt get into a fight with you. Called in an order and the man taking it was extremely rude and screaming like a maniac. Definitely the last time getting food from here.
Service was VERY slow, they told me 20 minutes waited OUTSIDE in the COLD for almost an hour ...counter man, too busy on the phone, not enough help. Will seriously think twice about going back. At least the staff at Dazzon isn't rude.
Food was very bland. Hot & sour soup pretty tasteless.
Placed a simple order. When the guy answered phone could not take my credit card number for life of him. Said my card was declined than hung up on me. Called green jade and no problems at all
