Im SO ELATED that I found Shaina. I've been wanting to get extensions for a long time however I was apprehensive with all the different techniques out there which compromises the integrity of your hair. I came across NBR and read so many 5 star reviews and thought this is too good to be true. I decided to give it a try and couldn't be happier with NBR extensions & Shaina. She matched my hair texture and color seamlessly. You leave the salon with a boost of confidence and wanting to take a ton of selfies because you can't get over how beautiful you look and feel. Thanks Shaina! You are a wizard!!

Had to give 1 star not because her work is bad. Her work is very good. I gave 1 star because she at anytime, for any reason she deems fit will decide not to do your hair any longer. Forcing you to now travel great lengths for maintenance required with this extension method. Yup. Takes the initial $1700, does your hair & then for no reason may or may not make the decision to no longer be your stylist. Oh and dont bother reaching out to her with hope of finding out what is behind her decision as she will not respond. Based on this, I will not or could not in good conscience refer her.nnShaina, you keep saying that there was a misunderstanding, yet you never addressed what it was. It should not be this difficult for you to understand that after a customer pays you $2,100 in 5 weeks and is refused a follow-up appointment 5 to 6 weeks out they would want an explanation. As stated in my text, perhaps if you try to reverse roles it would allow you to have a better understanding of my confusion. Clearly you are concerned only with your public appearance because I have yet to receive a reply from you directly.

I travel 4 hours round trip to see Shaina for my extensions because I trust her completely when it comes to my hair, which is my most prized possession! She is efficient, yet methodical and thorough. She's open to my input and how I'd like my hair, but in the end I like to let her take control because I know she's the best at what she does. Always keeping up on her education, I know she has the most advanced knowledge to accompany her artistic vision. Plus, she keeps me laughing and is so enjoyable to be around that our appointments fly by! She has my loyalty!!
