I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Erica was a tremendous help. There were no units available where I needed storage and she found the nearest unit for me in a neighboring town. She went over all of the details and in less than 10 minutes I had my storage all settled, all I had to do was drive up with a lock and key. This is real customer service.
Quick, efficient and easy process to rent a unit. Many different sizes for appropriate accommodations. Personally have the 5x5 which is perfect for playing Tetris with boxes and tubs!nThanks for the easy setup and reliable security.
The ladies in the office are always very nice to deal with.
Super friendly staff and very clean place. Due to COVID my account had to be set up by phone and email, which actually seemed easier than going into the office. The overall experience could not have been better. Thumbs up!
