They come promising the world and deliver far less. Its also extremely difficult to cancel your services. The two star rating is there for a reason, go to granger and get it direct don't deal with the middle man.

Worst place to work at and worst place to buy from. They will rip you off and the supervisors and sales reps blame it on the drivers. I seen it first hand myself. Real corporate thieves!

Our company has been trying to work with Cintas for over a year. They take forever to replace worn/torn uniforms, when we have new employees, it has taken them over a month to get them new uniforms. Though, they have not kept up with their end of the contract, they will not release us from it. STAY AWAY! I cannot implore any business owner enough about how you will be treated. If you have one or two uniforms, maybe they can get the job done. Salesmen will promise the world, but not tell you about hidden charges and lack of service.

Let me start off by saying, Cintas is amazing!!!I’ve dealt with other uniform companies before a buddy of mine told me about Cintas. He said “Rick why don’t you go to Cintas, I use them and they are amazing “. Taking my business to Cintas is one of the best business decision I’ve ever made. My driver is great, he takes care of all our needs. Always communicate with my staff, I’m in great hands with Cintas. Whenever I call the office, which is far and few between, they are so friendly but professional. I’d recommend Cintas every day of the week and twice on weekends.

This company has been difficult to deal with. The only bright spot is the driver who actually delivers our mats, who is professional and friendly. The billing department messed up our bill for months and could not understand that the issue was on their end. The sales rep made the female employee he was dealing with feel belittled and she felt she was being ignored because she's a woman. When I, the owner, stepped in and spoke with the supervisor, my phone call was returned. Mike the rep was hostile and avoidant of me asking to cancel our mat service. When I started to yell on the phone because I'd had enough, he asked me to be professional to which I replied that I do not have to be. While these mats are nice to have in the store for the winter time and rainy days, they're not worth the hassle of actually dealing with the apathy and incredulity of the people in their employ.
