I have been a re accruing customer since 2012.. I was a little sad when I heard the business was turned over cause I grew to know Paul and Sean so well over the years.. however, when I met Robin last minute.. I was over thrilled that she was just as enthusiastic and confident as the previous owners. I needed help with how my story has turned out and she took care of it for me quick fast and in a hurry! She stayed in contact with me and called every time there was a question! I could not be happier with the service I received from her and will definitely be back next year! Thank you again Robin. Robin Heubach inherited my and my husband's business from Robert Jessup who had been our accountant since 1990. In 201201 she advised him to file separately. This resulted in the IRS applying his $4000 in estimated taxes to the wrong account. He was therefore charged an additional $3600 in federal taxes. My husband contacted Robin when he received the bill. She said she would take care of it and then stopped responding to his emails. Because he thought she was going to handle it he didn't respond himself to the notice within the specified time limit. That resulted in interest and penalties on top of the loss of the original $4000. She might have abandoned us due to some personal adversity which I can understand. However, all that would have been required is a simple email stating that she could not represent us and that we should respond to the IRS notice ourselves.nnIt is particularly sad that Bob Jessup gave our business to someone who would do something like that. He helped us with something around 1990 making us promise we would continue to give him our business. We kept that promise until 2015 when Robin abandoned us. There is a typo for the year in the first paragraph I could not correct.
