I’m glad Planet Fitness has come to New Windsor!! It was my 1st time in a gym in a very long time. This location was clean and has great customer service! I had the pleasure of meeting Mark (the assistant manager) and Zach (the assistant). Zach took his time to give me a tour and explain the equipment. I’m excited to come back! I have been a member of Planet Fitness for a few years now, was glad to see the New Windsor location opening up and transferred my member ship. I must say I find the staff helpful and trying to acknowledge the client when they are entering and leaving the gym. It seems the GM understands hospitality. I am very glad to see the employees continuously wiping down the equipment while making sure there are always paper towels and disinfectant available to wipe the machines down. I have also noticed the cleanliness of the bathrooms (at least the men's room). Also the employees are walking the gym to ensure everyone is wearing a mask along with social distancing being followed. I do believe this PF is taking all the precautions to keep everyone safe.nMy only comment to the members would be to wash up before you start using the equipment and after. The importance of public hygiene now is even more important.nPF thank you

Extremely kind staff. Impeccably clean fitness center. The bathrooms are always well maintained. Simple things like that make a workout experience exponentially better. My last gym was HORRENDOUS to where I was scared to invest more into another one. But this risk was worth it. I am not at all disappointed. A+++!nOne employee stands out the best, I believe his name is Randy, great great employee, I wish I had him working for me.nRandy will constantly walk around and advice all to keep there mask on. I constantly see him checking on all the equipments and using a ticker to check on the amount of people using the facility.nI can't emphasize how impressed I am with his work ethic.

Very clean, affordable, very friendly staff, excellent workout machines, amazing Black Card Member Spa and so much more! I honestly look forward to going and working out at least 3-5 times a week every week. There are so many positive aspects of this gym in New Windsor NY, it’s impossible to name them all. Great cheap gym, no adjustable weight barballs only smith machines, but good for starting your fitness journey if you’re not a serious body builder. Morning staff is really great (I don’t really go in the afternoon or at night so I can’t speak on those respective staff groups). Also as a bonus the trainer is super pretty
