I am writing this the minute I got access to the computer. We had lost power in the area, and my generator did not 'kick in'. I immediately called Gentech, knowing that because today is Sunday, I'll just leave the message, and hope for the best. In less than 10 minutes I got a phone call back from John (a technician) who was very patient, reassuring, and empathetic. It immediately made me feel 'safe'. He also reassured me that we will try to address the problem over the phone, and try and fix it. I am not a technical person at all! - and John again, very patiently, led me through all the steps, and we were able to resolve it over the phone and have the generator start. Thank you so much! I am very grateful.

Don't order a Generac generator from anyone. I ordered one back in August and it has still not even shipped from the factory.

My wife is on oxygen 24/7 so when my generac generator stopped working I called the original installer and was told that they wouldn't be able to come out for at least a week or two.nI reached out to Gentech and Larry and Tiffany were able to get the part I needed and completed the repair the next day.nNow that's great customer service.
