I would absolutely recommend becoming a member of this incredible barre studio! Much more than a fitness center (think sanctuary for the soul, self care haven for the spirit, and strengthening studio for the body), Barre Body & Soul will recharge, energize, and strengthen every part of you. The classes are vigorous so you will get an amazing work out, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and inspiring so you’ll want to keep coming back, and you’ll feel stronger inside and out. Don’t worry if you have old injuries or haven’t worked out in longer than you can remember, the staff provides modifications for all fitness levels, all ages, all shapes, and sizes.

I have been practicing at Barre Body & Soul for the past year. I feel challenged both physically and mentally with every workout. The staff is amazing - supportive, encouraging and strong. The studio has continued to provide classes during the stay at home order which have the same energy and enthusiasm as their in person classes. I am truly grateful for Ashley and all the wonderful ladies at the studio.

Barre Body and Soul provides offers a variety of instructors teaching fusion, yoga and barre classes. The mix of offerings, along with the motivating instructors has brought me back to studio and I am seeing the results in my physical appearance & my energy level. I highly recommend this studio. Virtual classes are fantastic as well as studio classes!

Ashley has created a wonderful, relaxing and welcoming environment to practice the art of barre, yoga and many other classes. All of the teachers are incredibly motivating and knowledgeable of their craft! I look forward to each day that I get to participate and be inspired by these motivating women!
