Received three boxes back with shattered glassware that had been securely bubble wrapped. We pay a lot of money for moving and storage and my family is distraught at the amount of sentimental things that were broken and destroyed. Terrible experience.
I used this company for a small shipment. The customer service was outstanding and they treated our family with as much importance as a family shipping a whole house. Christy was our contact through the process and she's an excellent resource for shipping alternatives.
If you are looking for the best moving company, look no further. We moved in Boynton Beach and could not be more pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. From the moment I first called and Christie answered I knew I had made the right decision. She is courteous and professional. Rob who managed the actual move was also wonderful to work with. The actual movers were careful with our furniture and also courteous. Moving can be a traumatic experience but Walton P Davis makes it as easy and smooth as possible.nIf I could give them 10 stars as a rating I would.
Hired Walton P Davis company to move me from Manhasset on LI over to Connecticut and these guys were great. I was worried about a lot of my delicate, expensive, but mostly special items getting damaged, but nothing was. They came and packaged everything so securely and the guys were all polite and fast. So much better than my previous experiences with other companies in the past. Highly recommend!
